Statement dates
Effective date: 10 August 2026. Last updated: 10 August 2026.
1. Our approach
Pinnacle Engine aims to make this website and its digital resources usable by as many people as reasonably possible. Accessibility is considered when the website is designed, developed and maintained. We do not claim that the site is perfectly accessible or formally certified.
2. What we aim to support
Where reasonably possible, visitors should be able to:
- Navigate the core website and interactive controls using a keyboard.
- Zoom, resize text and use the site on common mobile and desktop devices.
- Use common screen-reader technology with meaningful headings, landmarks, labels and control names.
- Complete enquiry and download forms and use the website calculators.
- Understand content and selection states without relying only on colour.
3. Accessibility standards
Pinnacle Engine uses recognised accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, as a technical reference when reviewing the website. The site is designed towards those principles, but no formal WCAG conformance claim is made.
4. Known limitations
The core website has been reviewed with automated checks and manual keyboard, focus, form, mobile and reflow checks. These checks do not replace testing with disabled users or a complete screen-reader audit, and accessibility can vary across devices, browsers and assistive technologies.
The downloadable PDF resources contain selectable text, but they are not currently tagged with a document structure for assistive technology and some supporting text is small. They require separate remediation and deeper screen-reader testing.
5. Third-party services
Some website functions depend on third-party hosting, form delivery, email, analytics or browser technology. Pinnacle Engine aims to choose suitable providers and correct barriers within its control, but it cannot control every aspect of an external service. Optional analytics and marketing technologies remain subject to the website's consent controls.
6. Downloadable documents
Some downloadable resources may not yet meet every accessibility requirement. If you have difficulty using a resource, email us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the relevant information in a more accessible format.
7. Assistance and reporting a problem
To request plain-text information, help with a resource, a more accessible document or an alternative way to provide enquiry information, email pinnacleengine@gmail.com.
When reporting a barrier, please include where possible:
- The page or resource involved.
- What difficulty you experienced.
- Your preferred way for Pinnacle Engine to respond.
You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis.
8. Reasonable adjustments and review
Where a disabled person experiences difficulty accessing Pinnacle Engine's services, we will consider reasonable adjustments in light of the circumstances and applicable obligations under the Equality Act 2010. A requested adjustment cannot be promised automatically, but it will be considered properly and without requiring unnecessary medical detail.
Accessibility will be reviewed as the website evolves. The Last Updated date will change when this statement materially changes.
